Customer focus and quality assured with ISO 9001 certification

City Network has been ISO 9001 certified. This is yet another acknowledgement that the company is right on track with it´s quality management efforts.

IT infrastructure is crucial for almost any company – regardless of industry and size. There is no margin for errors or interruptions in any of the involved networks, servers or other key areas. Even small disturbances can halt production or cause even greater problems.

Consequently companies that outsource their hosting to an external party have high quality and dependability demands on both products and services offered. At the same time, all customers have different needs and interests, which is why an infrastructure provider needs to have a well-functioning internal process to effectively meet the individual customer´s needs.

Since the company started their operations back in 2002, City Network has worked hard to create and maintain high quality infrastructure services for their customers. The focus on quality is one of the key reasons why City Network has become one of the leading providers of infrastructure services in Europe.

Another result of the dedicated and quality oriented work that City Network has put in is that the company now has become ISO 9001 certified. The certification of approval assures that all aspects of the company´s internal processes and methods put the customer in focus.

This includes that the entire organization apply processes to continuously improve the system and ensure that customer demands are met”
